TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" means Navette Casino Charlevoix, "Shuttle Service" means the transportation service provided by La Québécoise from Quebec City-area departure points to Casino de Charlevoix, "Casino de Charlevoix" refers to the land-based casino located in La Malbaie owned by Loto-Québec and Fairmont.

USE OF THE SHUTTLE SERVICE

The Shuttle Service is offered subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Shuttle Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

To use the Shuttle Service, reservations must be made in advance through La Québécoise's website or phone line. Payment for the service is required at time of booking. Cancellations are subject to availability and may incur fees.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has not paid the required fee, has made false statements in order to use the Shuttle Service or has previously been denied access to Casino de Charlevoix.

CONDUCT ON BOARD THE SHUTTLE

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respect other passengers during their journey on the Shuttle Service. Any abusive language, disorderly conduct or intoxication is strictly prohibited.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE SCHEDULE

The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend the Shuttle Service without notice due to circumstances beyond its control such as severe weather conditions, road closures or mechanical issues with the vehicles.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Passengers release and hold harmless the Company, La Québécoise and Casino de Charlevoix from any liability for damages resulting from travel on the Shuttle Service. Passengers are responsible for their own property while on board the Shuttle Service.

AGE AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All passengers must be at least 18 years old to use the Shuttle Service. Valid government-issued identification may be required upon arrival.

RESIDENTIAL PROFILES

Passengers using the Shuttle Service are expected to comply with Casino de Charlevoix's residential profiles policy, which includes limits on betting and playing periods for guests who live in proximity to the casino.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURES AND TOOLS

Casino de Charlevoix adheres to Loto-Québec’s responsible gambling framework, including tools such as voluntary self-exclusion programs that allow players to bar themselves from all provincial casinos for defined periods.

LINKS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS

The Company promotes connections to provincial and national support organizations such as gambling help lines and counseling services in the event of any problematic gambling behaviors or addiction issues arising during the use of the Shuttle Service.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration under the auspices of a mutually acceptable court.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Continued use of the Shuttle Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

English is the governing language for all purposes relating to these Terms and Conditions.
